If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from StJoeMusic, you may return it for a refund or in store credit of the product purchase price. We give you a full 10 days from the shipping date to make your decision.

The following items are only returnable if defective for in store credit only or manufacturers warranty refund, or replacement; strings, reeds, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, microphones, speaker enclosures and cabinets, clothing/footwear, body jewelry, cleaners, polishes and polishing cloths,Drum Sets, Software/soundware, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, videos, sheet music, instructional books and any brass/wind instrument.

StJoeMusic only accepts returns made within the first 10 days from shipment.

Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 10-day guarantee period. Please call or email us for a Return Authorization Number. All returned items be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner’s manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return may be refused. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Items priced at $1000.00 or more must be returned within 5 days of shipment. Should you decide to return your item(s), please Call or Email us for a Return Authorization Number.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS Cannot Be Cancelled.

All returns must:

1. Include a Return Authorization Number;

2. Be in the original packaging complete with all collateral materials such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the instrument;

3. Be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials.

4. Shipping, Handling and Processing Fees may apply to all item(s) returned for reasons other than maunufacturers decfect.
